Our Story
Haley & Patrick Cutter, along with their two children, Colum (12) and Kinsley (10), lost their home in Hingham to a massive fire on July 11, 2022.
Inspired by the generous outpouring of support from many friends, along with Coldwell Banker, Compass, Douglas Elliman, Millennium Partners, TCC The Collaborative Companies and countless individuals who have been extremely generous, the Cutter's started The Cut Fire Fund to support first responders and provide relief to families affected by house fires.
The Cut Fire Fund mission includes providing support to first responders who put their lives on the line every day to ensure the safety of others, supporting families affected by fire and raising awareness for fire prevention and preparedness.

What We Do

Helping Local Families
The Cut Fire Fund identifies the needs of local families who have suffered from house fires and allocate resources to help them through the difficult times. The organization work closely with the family to provide them with clothing, school supplies, toys, food, diapers, etc.

Support Local Fire Departments
The Cut Fire Fund works directly with local Fire Houses to provide support including funding the purchases of new equipment, hosting charity events to generate donations, and much more. The hope is the first responders feel support and appreciation.
Fire Safety Awareness
The Cut Fire Fund strives to work alongside first responders, non-profits, publications, and home owners to raise fire safety awareness and preparedness.
